We do not accept:

  • Cheques or postal orders
  • Cash in any currency
  • Book tokens
  • Purchase orders

The purchase will be charged only after physical shipping or delivery of the download has occured. This normally occurs 1-2 days after purchase. The transaction appears as "Microsoft Store / arvato".

Your order is completed when you receive the order confirmation e-mail. Please keep this order confirmation e-mail. Please keep this order confirmation e-mail safely in case you need to contact our customer service.

Security: Your data is encrypted by our server and once your order is authorised it is processed immediately.

Please note that the maximum amount per order is $ 2,400 (Australian Dollars).

If you have problems completing your purchase, requesting a replacement, downloading a product, or accessing your download in the Account section, please contact Microsoft Store Support.

Shipping options

For all orders that need delivery you will need to use a shipping method. Microsoft Store uses Mail-Log for all orders including Backup Media and the lead time is 15 Business days to major Australian cities. Mail-Log is a postal service and non-trackable. The associated shipping charge will be added to your shopping cart.

The costs for postage and packaging are calculated during the order process depend on the quantity ordered, the size of the item, the country being delivered to and the carrier.
